I cannot tell you how much fun this wedding was! So Aaryn hear about me through another Erin, then when she told me she was marring an Aaron I was like yes this is going to be an interning wedding especially me when I’m trying to pose them. When I first spoke to Aaron she told me they were getting married in Cancun and she was interested in having me out there to be their photographer. I was jumping up and down in my boots. YES absolutely, I LOVE to travel and will go any where in the world for a designation wedding. At this point I had not been to Mexico in about 7yrs and was excited to make it a trip for my husband and I.
Because Aaron and Aaron were getting married in Cancun, not all their family and friends could be there so they decided to have a very small ceremony at a church in Castle Rock, have the wedding in Cancun and then come back and have a reception back in Castle Rock. I was extremely excited for this as I got to hang out with these amazing people more than just one night.
My husband and I arrived in Cancun the night before the wedding and I could not tell you what I was more excited for, photographing a beach wedding or getting some alone time with my husband without the two kids.
I arrive to Aaryn and Aaron restart to photograph their beach wedding and found Aaryn and her sister in the room starting to get ready and the excited was in the room the only down part was that it was raining. It had been raining off and on so they decided to have the ceremony in the covered area to be safe. The ceremony went off like a hitch and then it was my turn to have so fun with them. You could tell these two really loved each other. This wedding day was a long time coming, especially for Aaron as he had his eyes on Aaryn since high school. They truly had one the best love stories I’ve ever heard of. I was even crying during the speeches. Lets just say this was an amazing day and one I will never forget.
