When I received the first email from Aisha saying she was engaged, I was beyond ecstatic as I photographed her and her sisters almost 6yrs ago. I knew this wedding was going to be a blast. The she told me it would be in San Fransisco and I just knew I had to be her photographer. I called a friend from Texas and we made it a girls weekend. We arrive Friday and explored Fishermans Warf. Saturday we saw the Red Woods and did a small wine tour. Sunday July 15th was here, it was the wedding day. It was so exciting to be in a new city getting to photograph a wedding.
I had no idea how chilly San Fransisco was in July. I was expecting bight sunshine during their first look but no. We had the awesome San Fransisco fog with some wind and it made for some amazing wedding photos at The Palace of Fine Arts for their first look. After the first look we headed to SF War Memorial for their ceremony and reception. After the ceremony, the sun came out and everyone was ready to have a good time. This was a wedding I will never forget!
