Sandy is another amazing photographer here in Colorado Springs and agreed to exchange sessions. As a mom and a photographer, its always so hard to get in the pictures with our kids as we are always the ones taking the pictures. Sandy is a lifestyle photographer and she defiantly inspired me to get in there and capture these photos that captures all the feelings. Lets just say I have fallen in love with this style. When we arrive to Ute Valley Park, it was just hanging out talking and Sandy loving on playing with her kids. It was worry/stress free of trying to get them to look at the camera. They were just there to have fun and I was there to capture it. As a mom of two very little ones myself, I know how hard and stressful it is to try and get family photos. But it you take out the stress of trying to get your little ones to smile for the camera then you can have a much better time and actually enjoy getting your family photos done. Now for every family session, it is my goal to get at least one or two of everyone looking at the camera.
Going forward my family sessions will be lifestyle and in the moment. I hope one day I get to capture your family!
