One thing I love about being a Colorado Wedding Photographer is that if your wedding venue doesn’t have any mountain views then mostly likely you can find a spot with some amazing views within 15min. That is exactly what Jackie and Zach decided to do. They knew they wanted to amazing Colorado mountain views and put their trust in my hands to find them one. Right up the street from The Pines At Genesee is Lookout Mountain. Lookout Mountain has to be one of my favorite spots as its right at the foothills with epic views. The spot I like to take my clients to is right off of Lookout Mountain Rd and there is never anyone there so we get the privacy and the mountain views.
The wedding day started out at their hotel in evergreen for some getting ready photos. From there we headed to Lookout Mountain for the first look, romantic and bridal party photos. When you get an overcast day, it can make for some stunning images. This entire day was perfect.
